Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Treasury Sales team to meet liability generation and deposit mobilization targets.
- Develop strategies to grow corporate, institutional, and retail deposits.
- Monitor bank liquidity and manage cash flow effectively.
- Oversee treasury policies in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Identify new business opportunities through market insights.
- Collaborate on innovative financial solutions.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in treasury sales or corporate banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
