Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication across various departments. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A background in administration or a related field is preferred.
