Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Area 11, Abuja
Salary: ₦237,500 Gross Monthly
Industry: Sports Betting / iGaming
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- Assist users with account setup and betting queries.
- Escalate technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in betting or fintech.
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
