Job Description
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦135,00 gross
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer to join Ascentech Services Ltd. The successful candidate will assist with loan applications, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor loan disbursement, and guide clients through the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate loan onboarding and ensure a smooth application process.
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Educate clients on loan terms and conditions.
- Maintain loan records and address inquiries promptly.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1-2 years in financial services, strong customer service skills.
