Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a Van Field Sales Supervisor to operate a sales van and deliver FMCG field execution in Lagos. You will drive sales, redistribution, channel marketing, and retail penetration to achieve agreed KPIs. The role requires minimum 2 years of van sales experience, proven ability to meet targets with minimal supervision, and knowledge of commercial planning, distributor and field sales management. Expected behaviors include encouraging learning, challenging convention, delivering fast and smart, building relationships, and owning results. Full-time position; salary ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
