Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a Head of Operations, FMCG & Cosmetics to develop and execute operational strategies, lead cross-departmental day-to-day activities, and drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs. You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, compliance, KPIs, vendor and stakeholder relationships, and support scalability. The role requires 8–15+ years in operational leadership (FMCG or cosmetics preferred), strong financial and analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and proven experience leading large teams and operational transformations. This full-time, on-the-road position demands excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and a strategic mindset with effective execution.
