Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd in Lagos seeks a Van Field Sales Representative for the Sales & Marketing unit in the FMCG industry. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will operate a sales van to deliver sales, redistribution, and channel marketing targets, execute field activities, drive volume growth, build brands, and increase retail penetration. This full-time role pays ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month. Minimum 2+ years of van sales experience with proven KPI delivery, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and knowledge of commercial planning, field sales, channel and distributor management, plus leadership and performance expectations are required.
