Job Description
We seek an experienced Production Manager to lead printing press operations in Ikeja, Lagos. You will plan and coordinate print jobs, supervise shifts, manage workflow, maintain quality control, optimize materials and costs, and enforce safety. Reporting to the Operations Director/General Manager, the role requires a BSc in Printing Technology, Production Management, Industrial Engineering (HND with relevant experience considered), 3–5 years in printing production supervision, and strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, leadership, and communication.
