Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, enforce SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality and profitability. You will coordinate with clinical teams, manage budgets, lead staff, support HR tasks, and develop sales and marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and prepare performance reports while monitoring and improving marketing and operational processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Business or Public Administration (or related field) and 5–7 years’ experience in healthcare operations; healthcare sales experience and professional certification are advantageous. Full-time position.
