Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Ascentech Services Ltd will lead sales and marketing across Lagos (FMCG), reporting to the Business Development Manager and managing Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Inspectors. You will develop and execute sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies, engage the field to meet volume targets, communicate goals to teams, and gather market and competitive intelligence. Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related (MBA preferred); minimum 3+ years in sales management, FMCG preferred. Job Type: Full-time.
