Job Summary
We are a leading company in the construction industry seeking a motivated and target-driven Van Sales Representative to support the distribution and sales of our building materials across Oshodi and surrounding areas in Lagos. The ideal candidate must have proven van sales experience, strong knowledge of route-to-market operations, and the ability to effectively meet sales targets in a fast-paced field environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years proven experience in van sales, preferably in construction materials or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market (RTM) operations.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping ability.
- Good knowledge of Oshodi and surrounding Lagos routes.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and site-based environments.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
