Job Description
We are seeking a Property Operations Project Manager to lead operations and capital projects across our portfolio. You will oversee maintenance, vendor management, budgets, scheduling, compliance, and tenant relations to ensure safe, efficient properties and timely project delivery.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in property or project management, strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills, familiarity with building systems and regulations, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. PMP or relevant certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver results on time.
