Job Description
Assorted LTD seeks a full-time Salon Manager. Responsibilities include daily salon operations (open/close, cleanliness, equipment readiness), managing staff (supervise barbers and cleaner, set schedules and breaks, resolve conflicts, conduct monthly reviews and training), financial & POS duties (enter services, reconcile cash and digital payments, record expenses, submit daily/weekly reports), customer service (handle complaints, greet customers promptly, ensure a high-quality experience), inventory (monitor consumables, secure high-value equipment, perform weekly stock checks and monthly inventory reports), and reporting (daily sales and weekly performance).
