Job Description
Aviel Suites seeks a Chef for a 12-month full-time/internship contract in Abuja. Job includes accommodation and benefits, with pay from ₦100,00/month. Responsibilities: plan menus within budget and seasonal availability; ensure timely, high-quality food service; oversee kitchen operations; coordinate and train staff; perform stocktaking and place orders to replenish supplies; enforce safety and sanitation standards; create new recipes and follow industry trends; receive feedback and implement improvements. Requirements: prior experience as a working chef and the ability to run stocktaking and manage resupply. Reliable commute or relocation to Abuja required.
