Job Description
Awacash is seeking a cheerful and efficient Customer Service Officer to represent our organization. As the friendly face and voice of our team, you will assist customers across various channels, helping them onboard into our digital and in-branch services.
Responsibilities: Open and manage accounts, address customer inquiries, process transactions, assist with documentation, cross-sell products, and maintain database reports.
Requirements: Minimum OND (BSc preferred), 1-2 years in frontline banking, working knowledge of BankOne or similar software, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00 | Full Time | Lagos
