Job Description
Bakangizo Pharmacy and Stores seeks an experienced Chief Security Officer to lead security across eight branches. You will manage internal and external guards, supervise CCTV teams, develop security policies and emergency plans, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, liaise with law enforcement, and recruit and train staff. Requirements include proven security management in retail or multi-branch operations, leadership, CCTV and surveillance expertise, strong decision-making and communication, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
