Job Description
Baker Delicate in Amuwo Odofin seeks a Bakery Supervisor (female preferred for gender balance). Full-time, Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: ₦100,00/month. You will oversee daily bakery operations, ensure product quality and presentation, schedule and lead staff, manage inventory and vendor restock, maintain hygiene and food safety, track sales and budgets, and handle customer feedback to boost revenue. Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Food Science, or related; 3+ years bakery or food-service management; strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
