Job Description
Join Bakery Solutions Nigeria Limited, a leader in baking with over a decade of expertise in crafting a wide range of delicious breads. We are currently looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting qualified personnel efficiently.
- Support in maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce.
- Conduct quarterly and annual employee appraisals.
- Schedule interviews and manage employee relations in accordance with labor laws.
- Prepare staff payroll and review job descriptions as necessary.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification is required.
