Job Description
Balanceè Tech. Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our lube bays across various locations. This full-time position in Abeokuta & Ogun State offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
Responsibilities include managing workflow, staffing, and inventory, leading a team of service technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
