Job Description
We are hiring a Facility Officer to maintain safe, efficient workplace operations. You will oversee building maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, schedule repairs, manage facility budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and support office relocations or setup. Track asset inventory, handle service contracts, and respond to facility-related requests. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in facilities management or a related field, 2+ years’ experience, strong organizational and communication skills, basic knowledge of MEP systems and safety standards, and the ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly.
