Job Description
As our Tele-sales Officer, you are the bridge between our products and our people. You will manage every digital touchpoint, leveraging data and persuasive communication to drive revenue and ensure every customer feels like a VIP from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Customer Engagement
- Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using the tele-sales system.
- Present products, Loyalty offers, handle objections, and close sales either by reactivating or following up on existing customers.
- Conduct daily follow-up calls for feedbacks, inquiries, or abandoned carts/orders.
- Reach out to inactive or dormant customers to revive interest and drive repeat sales.
- Build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships with all customers.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database of all customers and prospects.
- Log every customer call, inquiry, feedback, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Segment customers for targeted campaigns, loyalty rewards, and upselling.
- Track lead sources, pipeline status, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure no lead or opportunity remains unresolved or unattended.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales call and conversion targets.
- Submit daily call logs and weekly tele-sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales funnel metrics (leads, conversions, churn rate) and recommend improvements.
- Generate reports on top customers, sales by segment, and CRM insights.
- Collaborate with marketing to align tele-sales with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
