Job Description
Lead consolidated finance for subsidiaries and JVs: prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports; drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning; enforce financial policies, internal controls, and IFRS/GAAP compliance; coordinate audits and tax; monitor intercompany transactions; support M&A due diligence; mentor finance teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s (MBA preferred), ACCA/CPA/CA, 7–10 years with ≥3 years in a group, ERP and reporting tool proficiency. Full-time. Salary ₦500,00–₦700,00/month.
