Job Description
Join BashleeNG as a Business Development Manager! We are seeking candidates for our locations in Abeokuta, Sagamu, and Ilaro.
Basic Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: Remote
Requirements: HND, BSc, B.Ed, or Master’s degree; Minimum 5 years of microfinance experience; At least 2 years in a related field; Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead business development strategies, drive decision-making, oversee lending and financial products, analyze campaign data, build business processes, and enhance partnerships.
