Job Description
Lead and grow a district sales team for insurance products. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating agents to achieve sales targets and improve persistency. Develop territory plans, build relationships with brokers and key corporate clients, and analyze market trends to drive business growth. Track performance, manage budgets, and report results to the Regional Sales Manager. Requirements: 5+ years insurance sales experience with 2+ years in management, strong leadership, negotiation, coaching, and communication skills, target-driven mindset, and valid driver’s license.
