Job Description
The Operations Assistant supports the Head of Operations and managers by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing and expense processes. You will assist project rollouts (store openings, system implementations), track timelines, prepare status reports, and coordinate stakeholders. Responsibilities include compiling operational data, building dashboards, maintaining KPI trackers, documenting SOPs, creating process guides, and developing training materials. You will also support procurement, inventory, event logistics, and ad-hoc tasks. Full-time position. Salary: ₦250,00/month. Benefits: HMO, pension, and 13th month pay. Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills required.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
