Job Description
Beckley Consulting Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide daily HR support and manage workforce operations effectively. As the first point of contact for employees, you will handle inquiries, support recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key responsibilities include administering benefits, addressing grievances, and fostering employee engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience, is required. Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and strong communication skills are essential.
