Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to market or lease properties.
* Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers.
* Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally.
* Valuation of property/assets for various purposes.
* Sales and leasing of properties.
* Feasibility and viability studies.
*Generate and support new business opportunities.
*Act as a contact between the firm and its existing and prospective clients.
*Monitor trends in the industry and other marketing curricular activities.
*Property management and maintenance coordination.
*Give periodic report.
*Calculate Service charge and ensure compliance from tenants.
*Perform other duties as required.
Requirements and skills:
Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of property & facility management.
Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a property.
The candidate should be confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skill.
You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any related field will be an added advantage.
