Responsibilities:
– Respond to client inquiries about deposits/withdrawals via email, phone, or live chat.
– Troubleshoot technical issues with forex trading platforms.
– Support ongoing account needs and assist with trading-related questions.
– Record and organize client issues for management insights.
– Collaborate with the team to meet department KPIs.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services or forex.
– Familiarity with forex trading platforms.
– Strong interpersonal skills; fluent in local language and English.
– Willingness to work 24/5 shifts.
