Job Description
Belief Market seeks a full-time Community Event Coordinator in Lagos to grow our social battle game community. You’ll build physical and online presence, run weekly meetups, activate members on Telegram and Discord, craft compelling narratives, generate UGC, and convert attendees into active Belief Market users. You must have proven meetup leadership, 1k–5k engaged followers or a community leadership role, and comfort defining KPIs (first‑bet %, WAU, referral conversion) with community analytics. Thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards and explain algorithms and thought processes clearly in English without AI. Pay: up to ₦220,050/month.
