Job Description
Betternship Recruitment Agency seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder and leadership team. You will organize schedules, manage emails and reminders, prepare documents and reports, assist with grant research and drafting, track deadlines and applications, and handle ad-hoc operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced startup, and willing to learn grant writing. Prior experience as a PA, EA, or virtual assistant and familiarity with proposals is a plus. This full-time, remote-friendly role offers hands-on exposure to operations, strategy, and grants, competitive pay starting from ₦100,00/month, and room for growth.
