Job Description
The Bible Society of Nigeria seeks a full-time Warehouse Assistant based in Mainland, Lagos. Duties include receiving stock from ports; processing and cross-checking stock requisitions and waybills; posting waybills and return-to-stock transactions in QuickBooks; compiling daily and weekly reports; performing daily stock reconciliation to maintain zero discrepancies; and other assigned tasks. Applicants should have an OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, be detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The role requires initiative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to work well in a team.
