Job Description

Join us as a Senior Software Architect for Governance & Control Plane Systems. You will define and lead architecture for control planes, governance frameworks, policy engines, and platform-level services ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Responsibilities include designing distributed cloud-native systems (Kubernetes/service mesh), driving technical roadmaps, enforcing observability and policy-as-code, collaborating with engineering, security, and product teams, and mentoring engineers. Required: 8–10+ years in software architecture, expertise in cloud-native platforms, Go/Java, API design, IaC (Terraform/Helm), security and compliance experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred: experience with OPA, SRE practices, and enterprise governance.
