Job Description
Biologix Support Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for leading the customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective leadership and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, train staff, handle escalated customer issues, and analyze service reports.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience, a degree from a reputable institution, and exceptional communication and people management skills.
Salary: NGN 250,00 – 400,00 (Full Time, IT & Telecoms).
