Job Description
The HR Analyst (Logistics) at Bisedge Logistic & Infrastructure in Ilupeju, Lagos supports HR operations for our logistics team. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training coordination, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, minimum 2 years HR experience, strong knowledge of labor regulations, excellent communication, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Full-time role; salary ₦250,00 gross per month. Candidates with logistics or operational HR experience preferred.
