Job Description
Bisedge is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within a designated geographic area. The successful candidate will develop and execute business strategies aimed at achieving both short and long-term goals, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Key responsibilities include directing regional operations, growing sales and profits, analyzing performance data, managing customer relationships, and overseeing recruitment and staff management. The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years in operations management, and experience managing teams of 100 or more.
