Job Description
We are hiring a friendly, professional Customer Care Officer to manage client interactions in person at our Port Harcourt office. Responsibilities: handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins; provide product/service information; log records; follow up and coordinate internally; assist bookings and escalate issues. Qualifications: OND/HND/Bachelor’s or equivalent, customer service experience, strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, basic Microsoft Office/CRM skills.
