You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for developing and executing strategies that grow our audience, engage our community, and drive direct bookings. Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital and Social Media Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand across various digital channels and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conceptualize, create, and schedule high-quality, original content daily—including photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), stories, and written posts—that showcase our unique apartments, amenities, and guest experiences.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, audio, and features, and quickly adapt our strategy to leverage them.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for all social media interactions, responding to comments and DMs in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate tone.
- Proactively build and nurture an online community by engaging with user-generated content, relevant local accounts, and potential guests.
- Monitor online reviews and social mentions, flagging issues to management to protect our brand reputation.
Advertising & Growth:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to promote offers, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates, and cost per conversion) and use data to optimize future spend and strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers and micro-influencers to generate authentic content and expand our reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to provide regular reports on social media performance, gleaning insights to inform content and business decisions.
- Track key metrics related to audience growth, engagement, and website referrals.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role. A portfolio of your work is required.
- Expert-level knowledge of major social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) and their best practices.
- Hands-on experience in creating and editing engaging visual content (photos, graphics, Reels, TikToks) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns with a clear understanding of KPIs and ROI.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt our brand’s voice for different platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics (Google Analytics) is a plus.
- A self-starter who is highly organized, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for what makes a great guest experience.
