Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be the engine behind our marketing efforts, responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, direct bookings, and customer loyalty. This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller who is also analytical and loves to see their ideas translate into real business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok) to target key audience segments.
- Create and manage a content calendar for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to engage our community and showcase our unique value proposition.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and guest retention.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:
- Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to create a bank of high-quality, on-brand visual assets that highlight our apartments, amenities, and guest experiences.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and provides a seamless user journey to drive direct bookings.
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and make recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Public Relations & Partnerships:
- Identify and build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to generate positive PR and collaborative opportunities.
- Develop and distribute press releases and media kits.
- Plan and promote local events and partnerships to drive footfall and community engagement.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or real estate sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of what makes the BKT Cribs experience unique.
