Job Description
Blume Distribution Limited seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and background checks. Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, support employer branding, and maintain recruitment trackers and Excel dashboards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 3–6 years’ recruitment/HR experience (FMCG advantage), strong Excel and communication skills, and high professionalism. Energetic early-career professionals who are analytical, organized, and team-oriented are encouraged to apply. Salary: N200,00–N300,00/month.
