Job Description
Bolton White Group is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets in Abuja. The ideal candidate will work closely with chefs and beverage specialists to develop exciting menus and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, recruiting and training staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and monitoring inventory. You will also handle guest feedback and execute promotional events to drive sales. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
