Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Facilities and Operations Officer to oversee building maintenance, safety, and daily operations. You will coordinate vendors, manage repairs, monitor utilities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, facility inspections, space management, and supporting event setups. You will maintain documentation, handle procurement for supplies, and respond to emergencies.
Qualifications: 2+ years facility or operations experience, basic technical knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage contractors. A relevant diploma or certification is preferred.
