Job Description
Brands Optimal Limited is seeking a talented HR & Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2+ years experience in HR.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
