Job Description
Briclinks Africa Plc is seeking a highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, budgeting, and planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and investments.
- Implement internal controls and policies.
- Oversee risk management and compliance.
- Build a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years in senior financial roles; 3+ years at the executive level.
