Job Description
BRICORE SOLUTION seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant, bar, and rooftop bar operations. Lead and coach waitstaff, bartenders, and supervisors; manage scheduling, inventory, cost control, POS, promotions and rooftop events; handle guest feedback; monitor sales and prepare reports. Requirements: HND/BSc in Hospitality Management or related, 3–5 years F&B management (hotel/bar required), strong leadership and cost-control skills. Full-time. Salary: ₦120,00–₦180,00/month.
