Job Description
Bridgegap Consults Limited is hiring Direct Sales Agents (Field Sales) in Lagos (Sales/Consumer Services). This full-time role offers ₦120,00–₦150,00 monthly plus performance-based commission, data & airtime allowance, transport support, performance incentives, and career growth. Responsibilities include driving direct sales, identifying and approaching customers in assigned territories, meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets, building strong customer relationships, providing accurate product information, handling inquiries, and submitting daily sales reports with market feedback. Requirements: minimum OND (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years direct/field sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, results-driven and customer-focused, able to work independently in a target-driven environment. Education: National Diploma preferred.
