Job Description
Bridgegap Consults Limited seeks four full-time Quality Assurance Officers in Awoyaya, Lekki. Salary ₦300,00–₦350,00/month. Candidates with 2–3 years QA experience in call centers, leadership exposure, and strong knowledge of QA frameworks and monitoring tools are preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating calls, coaching agents and team leads, preparing quality reports, ensuring SLA compliance, and identifying training/process improvements. Undergraduate degree required. License/certification any. Employment type: Full-time.
