Job Description
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Officer to identify, qualify, and drive new business for Bridget Platinum Insurance Brokers Ltd. Responsibilities include generating leads through outreach, research, and networking; composing compelling email campaigns; making cold calls; qualifying and converting prospects; and meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Qualifications: proven track record in lead generation and conversion; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong cold-calling experience; ability to work independently and in teams; results-driven. Job Type: New grad. Pay: ₦80,00.00 per month. Location: Lagos (Preferred).
