Job Description
The Sales Executive will generate leads, present properties, manage negotiations, and close sales to help BRIT PROPERTIES meet targets. Responsibilities include prospecting through networking and cold calling, conducting site visits and virtual tours, maintaining a lead database, coordinating marketing, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and assisting clients with documentation and loan support. Candidates should have proven real estate or sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of market trends, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, a self-motivated, target-driven attitude, and a valid driving license if required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
