Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring Real Estate Sales Executives to work from our Lagos office. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new property sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing property viewings, and providing expert advice to clients about real estate investments. The role also involves negotiating contracts, closing sales, and achieving set sales targets in a competitive market.
Qualifications
- Possess knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Holding a valid Real Estate License is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and foster professional client relationships
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is desired
- Experience with the real estate market in Lagos is beneficial
- PLEASE NOTE: This is a commission base job with so many incentives.
