Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to support the design, coordination, and execution of staff training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in enhancing employee capability, performance, and engagement through structured learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal training programs, workshops, and learning interventions
  • Coordinate training logistics including schedules, venues, facilitators, materials, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing post-training reports
  • Liaise with external training vendors and facilitators where required
  • Support the development of training content, presentations, and learning
